Linux Systems Engineer​/Administrator

Description

Linux Systems Engineer/Administrator with experience supporting government programs through the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and reliable Linux-based systems. Skilled in system installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with security standards and mission requirements. Proficient in automation, scripting, and monitoring tools to streamline operations and enhance performance. Adept at working in fast‑paced, cleared environments, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering stable, scalable solutions that align with program objectives.

• Linux experience (RHEL preferred; CentOS acceptable)
• Knowledge of security practices, including:
  • IAVAs
  • Cyborgbunny / Nessus / Tenable
  • Latte Art
  • STIGs
  • RMF process
• Scripting experience (Ansible preferred; Bash acceptable)
• AWS experience/knowledge

This position is eligible for our year‑end discretionary bonus plan, as well as recognition awards. The competitive salary range
* is $190,000 to $240,000 (annualized USD).
