We are recruiting for an experienced Service Now Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Service Now solutions for a high-profile client engagement. This role requires individuals who have operated in an architectural capacity for several years, owning platform design, technical strategy, and governance.
You will collaborate with clients and delivery teams to shape Service Now roadmaps, modernize enterprise services, and deliver scalable, secure solutions leveraging automation, AI, and platform best practices.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Service Now Architect
- 10 + years’ experience as a Service Now Senior Developer
- 5+ years leading Service Now development teams
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust clearance contract*ual requirement
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Proven ownership of Service Now platform architecture, solution design, and technical governance
- Experience leading and mentoring Service Now development teams
- Strong experience across multiple Service Now modules and complex third-party integrations
- Deep understanding of Service Now architecture, scalability, data modelling, and design patterns
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Enterprise CMDB architecture and data integrity
- ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, and GRC implementations
