• Lead and manage IT project delivery for secure mobile solutions aligned with CSfC requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design and integrate enterprise-scale architectures.
• Guide Agile development using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, shaping project roadmaps and tracking progress.
• Coordinate risk management, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting.
• Drive innovation and integration planning across systems for seamless interoperability and security compliance.

• 5+ years of experience in IT project or program management, solution architecture, and enterprise integration
• Experience with Agile methodologies, risk analysis, schedule and budget management, and stakeholder communication
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Management field
• CAPM or CSM Certification

• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs, secure mobility deployments, and enterprise-wide integrations
• Knowledge of CSfC requirements, secure mobile communications, layered encryption, zero-trust architectures, MDM, cloud integration, containerization, and Dev Sec Ops
• TS/SCI clearance preferred
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, ITIL Foundation, or CISSP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
