Dev Ops Software Engineer (IaC, CI/CD, HPC Systems) - Fully Cleared
At Intelliforce, engineering excellence meets mission‑critical performance. As a Dev Ops Software Engineer supporting the HPC Integration & Test IV Task, you will design and maintain automation that accelerates development and deployment for high‑performance computing systems. You’ll drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability by applying Infrastructure as Code principles and continuous integration best practices.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate provisioning and configuration of HPC systems
- Use Bash and Python to script and streamline system build, integration, and deployment workflows
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Travis CI, or CircleCI
- Manage software releases, ensuring version control, automation, and risk mitigation practices are followed
- Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Containerd for build and runtime consistency
- Apply Dev Sec Ops methodologies to improve reliability, security, and scalability across systems
- Collaborate with developers, system engineers, and stakeholders to enhance deployment efficiency and performance
- Use Git for source control and version management across development teams

- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline plus three (3) years of experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline plus five (5) years of experience
- OR seven (7) years of software engineering experience in similar scope and complexity
- Linux command‑line and system tools experience
- Bash and Python scripting for automation
- Release management best practices, versioning, and risk management
- Software build and release management with multiple programming languages
- CI/CD principles and pipeline development (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Travis CI, Circle
CI) - Infrastructure as Code development using Ansible
- Dev Sec Ops tool chains and automation practices
- Containerization using Docker and Containerd
- Source control management using Git
- Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
