We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!

Pay Range: $58,000 – $70,000 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience)

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and standard business software.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining the security of the company’s network computing environment.
• Diagnose, configure, and resolve basic network issues under the guidance of the IT Lead Analyst.
• Provide technical support to users by responding to help desk tickets, phone calls, emails, and in‑person requests.
• Set up and configure new user accounts, including domain access, email, and workstation/laptop deployment to streamline the new hire onboarding process.
• Analyze technical issues and recommend appropriate IT solutions to meet business needs.
• Manage mobile device accounts for company issued phones and tablets.
• Coordinate service and support with copier and printer vendors.
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot on‑site hardware and systems to maintain reliable operations.
• Provide IT support coverage for additional Fives Landis Corp. locations as needed, including backup support during vacations or absences.

If this is you, come join us, too! We are seeking someone who has a minimum of an associate’s degree in computer systems and 2‑years of experience in IT Support preferred. Proven experience in end‑user support and server administration a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and strong analytical, troubleshooting, interpersonal, and visualization skills is required. Also, knowledge of legacy computer experience is a plus.
