- Proven track record of successfully leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into business strategies
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Exceptional strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with analytical tools like SQL, Python, or Tableau
- Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, or Statistics
