Responsibilities- Migrating data from on-premises or legacy systems to the Cloud
- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical issues
- Conduct risk assessments
- Identify technical requirements
- Manage project timelines
- Identify and recommend opportunities for optimization and cost savings in the cloud environment
- Work with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met during and after migration
- Provide post‑migration support and address any issues that arise
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures
- Automate administrative tasks using Power Shell scripts
- Implement security and compliance policies
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing
- Ensure seamless integration, security, and optimal performance of Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive
- 8 years experience and HS or GED OR 3 years experience and Bachelors
- Currently a US Citizen
- Active TS/SCI with Poly (no waiver minimum requirement)
- DoD 8570 IA Type: IAT Level 2
- DOD 8570 Certification Requirements:
CompTIA A+ CE / CompTIA Network+ CE
- Cloud Architecture
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues
- Power Shell scripting for automation and configuration management tasks
- Proven experience as an M365 Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on M365 and Azure cloud environments
- Proven experience with Azure cloud services and migration projects
- Python
- Strong ability to self‑organize and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure platforms, including identity management, authentication mechanisms, and security controls
- Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance

Pay RangeThere are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is $86,600 - $181,800
