* We're looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven  
** IT Specialist / Technician
** to join a growing team and play a key role in day-to-day technology operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users, and working across a broad tech stack-while building toward future leadership.

** What you'll do:*
* + Provide front-line support for hardware, software, and network issues (remote & onsite)

+ Manage user accounts and security within Active Directory

+ Deploy and configure workstations, support onboarding, and maintain systems

+ Troubleshoot production issues and drive timely resolutions

+ Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives

** Well qualified candidates will bring:*
* + Strong experience with Windows 10/11, O365, Active Directory, and Group Policy

+ Working knowledge of Windows Server ) and networking (LAN/WAN)

+ Solid troubleshooting skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset

+ Familiarity with VMware/Scale Computing, VoIP, or SQL is a plus

+ Certifications (A+, Network+, Security+) preferred
