Job Summary
As the technical lead for a portable Electronic Warfare (EW) and Cyber hardware platform, you will guide a multi-disciplinary team to design and develop the core software architecture that empowers end users to deploy advanced RF capabilities in support of mission objectives. Your leadership will translate customer requirements into robust, scalable solutions that enhance and extend existing platform functionality.
ResponsibilitiesYou will collaborate closely with engineers from various backgrounds—hardware, software, RF, and cybersecurity—to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. By leaning into the customer’s needs, you will drive innovation and continuous improvement, enabling rapid adaptation to evolving operational demands.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience performing systems design and development
- Experience leading technical teams using Agile Scrum methodologies
- Experience with containerized solutions
- Experience with embedded hardware systems
- Experience with Git version control
- Knowledge of digital RF concepts and components of a Software Defined Radio (SDR)
- Knowledge of Linux distributions, including Red Hat or Rocky Linux
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Experience with digital RF sampling, modulations, error correction, or compression
- Experience with AI Code Generation
- Experience with EW and Cyber operations or tool development
- Knowledge of the CMOSS, VICTORY, and MORA standards
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $86,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
