Dev Ops Engineer with an active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph Security Clearance Required, Onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD
We are currently looking for a Dev Ops Engineer for a great opportunity in Annapolis Junction, MD. Senior level candidates are needed with strong Kubernetes, Terraform and AWS. An active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph Security Clearance is required. This position is 100% Onsite and not open for Remote.
Responsibilities- Provide optimization and automation across multiple platforms and applications.
- Drive consistency for deployment and build processes.
- Utilize modern tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon Web Services, Ansible, Terraform, Python, Linux, and much more.
- Active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph security clearance.
- 1 to 20 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Experience with AWS (S3, VPCs & Networking, EC2, ECS/EKS).
- Experience with Containerization (Docker, k8s, Registries).
- Experience with IaC (Terraform/Cloud Formation).
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins/Git Hub Actions).
- Experience working on large, demonstrable projects, preferably built on AWS and familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Ruby, Python.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience setting up a CI/CD pipeline.
- Understanding of Agile software development and Dev Ops practices; ability to work closely with peers and other teams.
- Focus on understanding customers’ needs and translating those needs from product specifications into functional, production‑ready code and infrastructure.
