IT Specialist

This is a FT Direct Hire role
$55K-$85K
We’re looking for a hands‑on, solutions‑driven IT Specialist / Technician to join a growing team and play a key role in day‑to‑day technology operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users, and working across a broad tech stack—while building toward future leadership.
What you’ll do:- Provide front‑line support for hardware, software, and network issues (remote & onsite)
- Manage user accounts and security within Active Directory
- Deploy and configure workstations, support onboarding, and maintain systems
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive timely resolutions
- Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong experience with Windows 10/11, O365, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Working knowledge of Windows Server (2016–2022) and networking (LAN/WAN)
- Solid troubleshooting skills with a proactive, customer‑focused mindset
- Familiarity with VMware/Scale Computing, VoIP, or SQL is a plus
- Certifications (A+, Network+, Security+) preferred
