Role Overview
We're looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst who understands enterprise systems and can translate federal stakeholder needs into working solutions. You'll lead requirements gathering sessions, document business processes, and write specs for technical teams.
What You Will DoYou'll lead requirements gathering sessions, document current-state and future-state business processes, analyze gaps between client needs and system capabilities, and develop functional specifications for technical teams.

Requirements- 5+ years as a functional consultant, systems analyst, or business analyst on enterprise system implementations
- Solid understanding of core business domains: financial management, procurement, and/or service operations
- Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements for complex, integrated systems
- Strong data modeling fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication—able to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams
- Comfortable working with federal clients and navigating government processes
Salary Range: $110,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience and clearance status
