• Experience updating, testing, and validating changes to systems
• Experience with system security hardening and patching for Linux systems and workstations
• Knowledge of System Administration interdependencies specific to RHEL 8 and RHEL 9 systems and administration of Linux‑based workstations
• Knowledge of Git Lab and Ansible with experience building and modifying playbooks
• Knowledge of RHEL subscription manager
• Knowledge of PKI infrastructure
• TS/SCI with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, or engineering and 10+ years of experience with administration of Linux‑based systems and workstation or a HS Diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience with administration of Linux‑based systems and workstation
• DoD 8570‑Compliant IAT Level II or III Certification, such as Security+ Certification

• Experience creating Linux‑based solutions for customer requirements
• Experience using health and status monitoring software, including Nagios
• Experience supporting U.S. government customers, preferably within the U.S. Intelligence Community
• Experience with Linux scripting languages
• Knowledge of network concepts and switch/firewall configurations
• Master’s degree
• Red Hat Linux Certification
• DoD 8570‑Compliant IAT Level II or III Certification, such as Security+ Certification
• Willingness to travel 25‑30%

Compensation at Ever Watch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86.54 to $110.58 per hour.
