Senior Service Now Developer – System One

Location: Woodlawn, MD – 100% On-site

Hourly Rate: $80/hr range. Benefits available.

Citizenship: U.S. Citizen.

Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance is required.

• Provide support as a Team Lead and as a Service Now Senior Developer.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop solution architecture that addresses technical, management, automation, and operational reporting aspects.
• Lead development of solution artifacts such as road maps, operation optimization, architecture, and block diagrams beyond user story requirements.
• Build prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.

Education and experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience, or Master's degree with 5 years of experience, or 11+ years of experience without a degree.
• 8+ years of experience as a Service Now developer.
• Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly.
• Experience with the US Federal Government.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

• 8+ years of experience developing Service Now solutions across applications such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM, SAM), ITBM, CSM, Sec Ops, GRC, HR.
• 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
• Experience across numerous parts of the Service Now platform and with commonly integrated third‑party technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
• 5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM, etc.).
• 5+ years of industry experience (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.).
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
