TeamWe are seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to join the Strategy, Analytics, and Operations team that supports GEICO’s foundational platforms. In this role, you will manage, orchestrate, and drive execution of the foundational platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, architectural standards, risk and compliance requirements, emerging technology adoption, and long‑term scalability.
RoleYou’ll support the coordinated delivery of foundational capabilities that power how GEICO builds, secures, operates, and scales technology, including PaaS platforms, infrastructure services, cybersecurity platforms, enterprise IT, data platforms, SRE capabilities, developer experience tooling, and workforce productivity solutions. Working across engineering teams and leaders, you’ll manage dependencies, sequencing, and delivery across domains, enabling teams across the enterprise to deliver faster, operate reliably, and innovate with confidence.
As a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders, you’ll translate strategy and technical concepts into clear business outcomes and confident decisions. You’ll lead cross‑functional planning, intake, prioritization, and sequencing, ensuring teams stay aligned and dependencies are thoughtfully managed. You’ll guide the foundation strategy and roadmap, balancing investment, scalability, cost efficiency, and long‑term business value. You’ll define and evolve platform KPIs and success metrics—adoption, resiliency, developer experience, time‑to‑market, and operational health—and bring those metrics to life through monitoring and reporting frameworks that demonstrate real impact.
You’ll drive execution of complex, multi‑team enterprise platform programs, managing risks, milestones, and change across engineering, product, and operations. You’ll help ensure scalability and repeatability through strong documentation and operational practices.
Background- Enterprise platform experience: 10+ years in program/portfolio management working across large‑scale enterprise platforms in data engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and developer engineering and/or financial tech.
