IT Consultant, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
The Pegasus program is a collaborative coalition partnership between the Five Eyes (FVEY) military nations that consists of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and the United States. The program’s objective is to provide a wide array of information sharing capabilities (email, phone, video, and chat) to enable a variety of contact options for FVEY coalition warfighters promoting consistent and seamless collaboration opportunities at both a national and international level.
We are seeking qualified candidates to operate and maintain Pegasus, which directly support US military forces and US Coalition members with critical war planning and war fighting capabilities. The Pegasus team will test, deploy, operate, sustain, and maintain all Pegasus networks, services, and applications.
Responsibilities:- Service Now Configuration and Development:
Experience with the design, configuration, and development of Service Now applications, modules, flows, and interfaces to meet the organization's SPM, CSM, ITSM and/or ITAM (hardware) requirements. - Collaborate across the Service Now platform team and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and functional requirements for Service Now solutions.
- Integration and Data Migration:
Collaborate with other teams to integrate Service Now with other IT systems and third-party applications. Manage data migration tasks when required. - Continuous Learning:
Stay up to date with the latest Service Now features, tools, and best practices. - Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of Service Now configurations and developments to ensure system stability, reliability, and accuracy. Lead and drive for test automation. - Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all Service Now configurations, customizations, and developments. - Contract Lead responsibilities (not people manager)
- prepare the reports and leading the Tuesday CSOG Weekly Sync meetings,
- prepare the weekly Service Now presentation for the weekly meetings,
- prepare Change Advisory Board minutes and weekly WAR
- 3-10 years' experience.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree. - Must possess and maintain a SECRET clearance.
- Must have the ability to establish and translate requirements for information technology (IT) systems across design, test, transition-in, operations and maintenance, and continual improvement processes.
- Must have a current IAT Level II certification in accordance with DOW Directive 8140.01, Cyberspace Workforce Management, DoW 8570.01-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program Certifications
- active CSA Service Now Certification
