Systems Administrator, Tier 2
GTSC seeks a Systems Administrator, Tier 2, Level 2.
Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland area
Shift: Wed to Sun 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Work Environment: All work is on‑site in a SCIF; not hybrid or remote.
Clearance: Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.
Compensation: $85,000 to $92,000
Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
- Coach and provide guidance to less‑experienced professionals.
- Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
- Provide remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow up on problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure.

- Must sign an NDA
- High School or GED with 15 years' experience.
- Bachelor's Degree with 10 years' experience.
