CSG is searching for an Expert Systems Administrator to join an effort supporting Enclave and Enterprise Directory Services. The purpose of this TTO is to perform services for the development and sustainment of Directory and Security services for on‑prem and cloud services.

It provides the implementation of emerging technologies, cloud integration, Active Directory and Identity consolidation, and the architecture and adoption of cloud services from providers such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon, IBM, Google, and Oracle.

The TTO further provides the implementation of any new tools into the enterprise to enable the government to monitor the health and stability of the Enterprise.

The Enclave Support Services Section consists of teams that provide support to all onsite and unclassified locations, including customized on‑site and off‑site IT support, maintenance and solutions, managing Division‑level Enclave projects, customized remote IT support for CNO/CSD and other enclave customers, and transitioning support for CNO/CSD and other Enclaves to Corporate Support or under DES management as appropriate.

• Support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems, including day‑to‑day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
• Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution; support help desk and escalation processes.
• Perform account management (create, modify, disable, remove accounts).
• Manage configuration and operation of IT systems, including UNIX, Linux and Windows operating systems, network components, and operating system enhancements.
• Perform periodic vulnerability scans of systems and implement IAVA security patches.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and Information System Owner (ISO) regarding system changes as part of the Change and Configuration Management Process.
• Support the ISO by completing required milestones of Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) and coordinating status with the ISSO.
• Ensure IT assets remain compliant with Identity & Access Control Management (ICAM) policy.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration.
• Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.
• Support the design of systems, mission architecture and associated hardware; understand mission islands, Trusted Thin Client and enhanced VDI (e.g., remote GPU and memory scaling).

• Eight (8) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) is required.
• ITIL 4 platform certification is required.
• For Directory Services TTOs: experience with Active Directory, Identity Management, SCCM, DNS, Group Policy, Active Role Servers, Privileged Account Management (PAM) Services and MS Exchange.
• For Desktop & Enclave Services TTOs: understanding of mission islands, Trusted Thin Client and enhanced VDI (e.g., remote GPU and memory scaling).

• IAT, Level 3
• ITIL 4 platform Certification
• Computing Environment (CE) Certification (Microsoft OS or Cent OS/Red Hat OS CE).

• Bachelor’s Degree + 20 years of systems experience.
• No degree + 24 years of systems administrator experience.
