Azure Cloud Engineer

Cloud Architect will maintain an efficient and cost-effective migration of data, applications, and other technologies from an on-premise platform to a cloud-based infrastructure.

• Migrating data from on-premises or legacy systems to the Cloud
• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical issues
• Conduct risk assessments
• Identify technical requirements
• Manage project timelines
• Identify and recommend opportunities for optimization and cost savings in the cloud environment
• Work with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met during and after migration
• Provide post‑migration support and address any issues that arise
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures
• Automate administrative tasks using Power Shell scripts
• Implement security and compliance policies
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing
• Ensure seamless integration, security, and optimal performance of Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive

  Technical Training, certification(s) or degree
• Experience:
  
  10+ years of related experience

• Proven experience with Azure cloud services and migration projects
• Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive
• Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance
• Experience with Power Shell scripting and automation
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong ability to self‑organize and prioritize tasks

Must be able to obtain TS/SCI w/Poly

8570 compliant with a Security+ certificate and Cloud Certification in the representative cloud where work is performed (Azure or AWS)
