Help Desk Technician (MIDS - , Sunday-Thursday)

As a Help Desk Technician you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
- Resolve technical problems and answer queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.
- Diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems utilizing historical database records.
- May route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists.
- Maintain and update records and tracking databases. Alert management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
Required
Education and Experience:
Help Desk Technician IV - AA/AS and 5+ years of experience. Years of experience can count in place of education and education can count in place of years of experience in some cases.
Required
Certifications:
Security+ CE; PWS 9.1 (ITIL, A+, HDI-CSR, MS 365)
TS/SCI and CI Polygraph Required; US Citizenship Required.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $33.52 - $45.34. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
