• Resolve technical requests from self‑service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
• Create, delete and modify customer accounts.
• Maintain and update records and tracking databases.
• Alert management to recurring problems and patterns.
• Be a team player with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Multi‑task and possess good communication and customer service skills.

• Education:
  
  Associate’s degree (Arts or Science).
• Experience:
  
  3+ years of related experience.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Data Entry.
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Preferred
  
  Skills:
  
  Ticketing system, Active Directory, Customer Service.
• Location:
  
  On site (USA MD Annapolis Junction). Shift: Monday – Friday 7 p.m. – 3 a.m.
