Compensation: $150,000–$250,000/year + bonus (Compensation for Partner-level candidates is negotiable)

Our client is a fast-growing, full-service law firm in the Baltimore County area seeking seasoned attorneys with a portable book of business who want a stronger platform to grow their practice—without giving up autonomy.

This opportunity is well-suited for solo practitioners, of counsel, partner track, or partners who have built client relationships and now want infrastructure, collaboration, and growth support behind them.

• 7+ years of practice experience
• Portable book of business
• Licensed in Maryland (VA or PA a plus)
• Entrepreneurial, business-minded approach to law
