Support the Materials Management team in the global supply chain by incorporating change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
Position Responsibilities- Incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
- Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.
- Analyze complex material requirements.
- Verify and incorporate Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan.
- Determine part number attributes.
- Initiate, coordinate and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.
- Ensure on‑time delivery.
- Document and resolve order delinquencies.
- Report schedule adherence issues.
- Develop and control inventory plans.
- Optimize inventory levels.
- Analyze and disposition excess inventories.
- Initiate audits.
- Develop and create schedules for products and services.
- Assist in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals.
- Implement and maintain process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance.
- Work under general direction.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain or materials management.
- 5+ years of experience supporting operations, materials management and/or supply chain functions in a U.S. Navy/Marine Corps Aviation environment.
- 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Will and ability to travel up to 25% domestically.
- Active U.S. Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree.
- 5+ years of experience with warehousing vendor management operations.
- 5+ years of experience using GOLD, E‑Parts, ARES, Bessy, MESci.
- 5+ years of experience with U.S. Navy/Marine Corps Aviation Logistics systems.
- 5+ years of experience performing data analysis.

Shift & TravelPrimarily second shift; additional shift requirements may apply. Travel up to 25% domestically.
Security ClearanceAbility to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance required. Interim U.S. Secret Clearance pre‑start and final U.S. Secret Clearance post‑start required.
