We are looking for a Custodian to join our brand-new Hagerstown, MD Distribution Center! This role reports to the Facilities and/or Assistant Facilities Manager and works closely with the Operations Team to ensure quick response to cleaning needs, spills, and break room or restroom maintenance.

Our Custodians are valued members of the facilities team, playing a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Starting Wage: $20.00/hour

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the warehouse.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, and office areas regularly.
• Wipe down surfaces and equipment to maintain a dust-free environment.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables according to local protocols and expectations.
• Maintain waste bins and recycling receptacles, ensuring timely removal and replacement.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any safety hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance requests to leadership.
• Monitor and replenish inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
• Organize and store cleaning equipment and materials in designated areas.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for warehouse events or meetings.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.
• Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals.
• Abide by all company and warehouse policies.
• Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation.
