Branch Manager

Currently we have a Branch Manager open at for Delaware and Maryland locations. As the Branch Manager you will manage the New Castle and Hagerstown branch within the parameters established by the company while complying with all Company policies and procedures.

• Manage, direct, and coordinate the efforts of all departments within the branch operation.
• Responsible for overall financial results of the branch, this responsibility extends to planning, budgeting, forecasting, providing direction and suggestions for capital expenditures and efficient use of all assets including manpower.
• Develop, plan, and management of individual product line sales strategies to maximize profit potential.
• Provide effective communications to branch employees, other branch locations, customers and suppliers with a focus on timely resolutions of problems to ensure the highest quality of customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Identify opportunities for growth, including new product lines, providing detailed analysis of potential revenue stream, costs and associated risks.
• Manage branch rental fleet, responsible for asset mix, maintain expected utilization and assure proper maintenance and care of branch rental fleet.
• Identify marketing strategies that will help promote growth and enhance the positive image of the branch.
• Maintain appropriate levels of parts inventories to assure targeted fill ratios and minimize excessive service charges.
• Provide for the development, retention and management of branch employees. Provide access to training for sales, service, parts and other personnel skill sets to enable employees to perform to the standards established by the company.
• Assure proper maintenance to the branch facility, plan for required improvements and safeguard the security of the store and its contents.

• Four-year college degree preferred. Experience in a similar position with a construction equipment distributor or manufacturer may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Three years of distributor experience in a management or supervisory position

• This position offers an annual salary range of $115,000- $125,000 (Depending upon experience)
