Printing Foil & Emboss Machine Operator - Days
Location:
18249 Phoenix Dr., Hagerstown, MD 21742
Schedule:
7:00pm - 7:00am, Monday - Thursday (Every other Thursday based on production)
Starting Pay: $22.55/hr - $23.69/hr plus $1.00/hr Night Shift Differential
Responsibilities- Follow workflow procedures to create accurate foil or emboss imprints.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Check product quality and make adjustments to meet sign-off standards.
- Review shipping requirements and adhere to standards.
- Manage new and used inventory and perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Follow and promote all safety policies and procedures.
- Support the team with additional duties as needed.
- Ability to occasionally lift 65 lbs, push/pull 1,100 lbs using a manual pallet jack, and stand/walk for long shifts.
- Comfortable working near hot machinery and with minor exposure to chemicals or vapors.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot machinery.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing; 2+ years of machine operator or mechanical experience.
