Key Responsibilities
- Review RFQs, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.
- Build pricing models across machining, fabrication, welding, finishing, and assembly operations.
- Lead estimating efforts from quote development through submission.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, and Sales teams.
- Mentor team members and help improve estimating processes and tools.
- 7+ years of manufacturing estimating experience.
- Experience with CNC machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Experience supporting custom or build-to-order manufacturing environments.
- Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
- Defense, aerospace, or government contract experience is a plus.
