Shift: 4:30 AM-2:30 PM, Hourly Rate: $23.56 an hour
Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will operate forming and fryer equipment to support safe, efficient, and high‑quality food production in the Hagerstown manufacturing facility. You will play a key role in meeting production goals by monitoring processes, maintaining product quality, and following all safety and food standards in a fast‑paced, onsite manufacturing environment.
Taste of Your Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and adjust forming and fryer equipment to meet production and quality standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures, food safety requirements, and plant safety policies at all times.
- Monitor product quality and process conditions, making adjustments and escalating issues as needed.
- Complete required documentation related to production, quality checks, and equipment operation.
- Support sanitation, startup, changeover, and shutdown activities for assigned equipment.
- Work collaboratively with team members, maintenance, and leadership to support continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards.
- Willingness to work in an onsite manufacturing environment and follow all safety expectations.

Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include: being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs or ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time;
performing consistent repetitive tasks; frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
