Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU | Night Shift
Job Location: 11116 Medical Campus Rd, Hagerstown, MD 21742
Shift: Night Shift – 3x12 Hours (19:00 – 07:00)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The RN will manage critically ill patients including trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neuro populations while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
This is an Auto Offer position for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill ICU patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and response to treatments.
• Administer medications and therapies according to physician orders.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Float within scope to Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) as required.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols.

• Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
• On-Call Requirement: None
• Block Scheduling: Not Available
• Floating: Required within scope to IMC

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience: Preferred 3 years ICU experience (2 years considered with strong background)
• First-Time Travelers: Not accepted
• Certifications Required:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • NIH Stroke Certification
• EMR: EPIC experience required

• Local candidates living within 50 miles are accepted at a reduced local rate.
• Every other weekend commitment required.
