RN Registered Nurse (Direct Care)

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy, and to those needing long‑term care.

• Administer Medications: give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: conduct health assessments, track changes and analyze data
• Care Planning: create, update & execute individualized care plans
• Collaboration:
  
  strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and others
• Family & Resident
  
  Education:
  
  explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: oversee & delegate to LPNs & CNAs ensuring quality care and teamwork

• Licensed to work in the State of Maryland as an RN Registered Nurse
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Professionally & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities
