CNA-1 Certified Nursing Assistant (GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant)

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy and to those needing long-term care.

• Personal Care:
  Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
• Mobility Support:
  Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely
• Vitals & Monitoring:
  Check vitals/weight and report changes in physical/mental health
• Feeding & Hydration:
  Assist with meals, snacks, and ensure adequate fluid intake
• Living Assistance:
  Make beds, tidy rooms, and help residents participate in activities
• Companionship:
  Provide friendship and emotional support
• Documentation:
  Enter information into our software system to track the care provided

• Certified to work within the State of Maryland as a CNA-1 (GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant)
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation

• $8,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time 1st or 2nd shift
• Premium wages
• Full-time or part-time options – all shifts
• Weekend Warrior: work 15 hours every Saturday/Sunday (30 hours) and get paid for 37.5 hours (Benefit Eligible)
