Job Summary

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & to those needing long-term care.

• $15,000 Sign On Bonus FT 2nd Shift
• Full & Part Time Positions Available
• Baylor Program – Work Saturday & Sunday for 32hrs = Get Paid for 40hrs

• Administer Medications:
  Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments:
  Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring:
  Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning:
  Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration:
  
  Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident
  
  Education:
  
  Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation:
  Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight:
  Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN Registered Nurse
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Professionally & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities
