About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Clinical Observers to join our Nursing Services team. In this role you’ll provide one‑to‑one observation and support for patients, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment while assisting with daily living activities.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide constant observation and personal care for patients who require one‑to‑one support.
  • Assist with daily living needs: bathing, oral care, mobility, nutrition, and elimination.
  • Document patient interactions and observations accurately.
  • Identify and report behavioral changes or safety concerns to nursing staff.
  • Maintain a hazard‑free environment and follow safety protocols during transport.
  • Support nursing assistants and serve as a preceptor for new team members.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Ability to sit in quiet observation of patients for long periods of time without distraction.
  • Experience in customer service or team‑based environments (a plus).
  • Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient safety.
Physical & Mental Requirements

This role involves frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.). Continuous mental focus and communication are required. Work conditions may involve exposure to blood and body fluids.
