QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Summer Camp Nurse (Specialist), to join our team at Harford Glen Park in Bel Air, MD in support of our C5

ISR Center HQ Operations Support contract. This is a temporary position, expected 20 July through 7 August.

• Administers first aid for injury and illness.
• Administers medications and health care treatments.
• May provide and coordinate health care interventions, including emergency responses should the need arise.
• Coordinates health matters between the health care provider, family, and the camp.
• Maintains school health records, including ensuring compliance with state health mandates for camp attendance.
• Monitors the spread of communicable diseases and developing and implementing strategies to control the spread of communicable diseases should the need arise.

• Ability to pass CJIS background check

• Five (5) years of experience required as a Registered Nurse.
• Must possess a current license as a Registered Nurse from the Maryland State Board of Nursing.
• Must possess current certifications in First Aid and Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

There is no travel associated with this position.

This position will be performed both indoors and outdoors at Harford Glen Park in Bel Air, MD.

• Work in a classroom environment.
• Work in an outdoor environment in the summer months.

This is a part-time temporary position, expected 20 July through 7 August, Monday through Friday. The hours of work are camp hours, expected to be 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
