We are seeking a part‑time Nurse Practitioner for our Hagerstown, Maryland clinic. This role offers a 2‑day work week (10‑hour shifts) as the lead provider to guide a multidisciplinary care team and play a key role in delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered care.

• Diagnose and manage obesity and related chronic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Lead and collaborate with a care team (RD, trainer, behavioral health)
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment progress
• Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and behavior change
• Ensure documentation meets clinical and coding standards
• Support patient engagement, retention, and outcomes
• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks aligned with Core Life & Med Star standards

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license – Maryland
• Board Certified (FNP, AGNP, or related)
• DEA license (or eligibility)
• Experience in:
  • Primary Care
  • Obesity Medicine
  • Endocrinology or Chronic Disease Management (preferred)
• Strong interest in lifestyle medicine and multidisciplinary care
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills

• Practice team‑based, patient‑centered care
