Salary Range: $124,000 to $145,000/year

Working independently and in collaboration with physicians, the Nurse Practitioner will provide wound care services, coordinate with the patient’s healthcare team, and adhere to ethical practice standards. Responsibilities include delivering therapeutic care, preserving patient autonomy, and advocating for patient needs. The center treats a wide range of wounds, including acute traumatic wounds, chronic and complex wounds, pressure ulcers, venous ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, post‑operative wound dehiscence, and advanced modalities such as total contact casting, wound VAC, PICO VAC, and cellular tissue products.

• Education:
  
  Master’s in Nursing required;
  Doctorate preferred; completed Certified Nurse Practitioner program.
• Experience:
  
  Five years as a Registered Nurse; one year as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland; current DEA registration; current BLS; ACLS and PALS if applicable.
• Knowledge/
  
  Skills:
  
  Critical thinking, clinical competence, interdisciplinary collaboration, written and verbal communication, organizational skills, coding proficiency (ICD‑10, CPT), EHR usage. Proficiency in EPIC preferred.
