RN – Ortho / Neuro / Trauma – Part Time – Days

48 hrs. biweekly, 630am - 7pm. Up to $7,500 sign on bonus.

Our unit is a dynamic 28‑bed medical and surgical team focused on trauma, neurosurgical, and orthopedic patients. We provide comprehensive care for complex surgeries, traumatic injuries, and neurosurgical procedures, including spinal surgery and post‑acute trauma rehabilitation.

• Deliver patient‑centered nursing care for trauma, neuro, and orthopedic patients.
• Monitor and manage complex patients using specialized equipment for cardiac monitoring, oxygen therapy, medication administration, PCA/PCEA, blood transfusions, wound care, drain and traction management, and chest tube care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous improvement in patient care.

• Education:
  
  ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum one year in a hospital setting.
• Licensure:
  Current RN license in Maryland (or eligible compact state license). Preference for Magnet‑recognized specialty certification.
• Knowledge &
  
  Skills:
  
  Compassionate and empathetic nursing practice, basic computer skills, strong organization and communication skills.
