Job Summary:

At Hagerstown Healthcare Nursing and Rehab we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Charge Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while leading by example and supporting your colleagues.

• Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing your clinical expertise and knowledge to deliver individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to ongoing evaluation and improvement of patient care processes

• Must possess a current license as an RN in the state of Maryland
• 6-12 months of clinical experience, with Long Term Care experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate nursing staff

• Evening shift: $2.50
• Night shift: $3.00
• Weekend Day shift: $4.00
• Weekend Evening shift: $6.50
• Weekend Night shift: $7.00
