• Pay: $95,000 annually (negotiable with experience)

• REQUIRED:
  
  Prior Long Term Care experience

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital who need therapy, as well as those needing long‑term care.

• Assist in implementing and revising care plans, monitor health conditions, provide direct care, and respond to emergencies or changes in status.
• Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges, and maintain record compliance for accuracy.
• Explain health status, changes, and expectations for care; guide and direct care skills with intervention as needed.

• Licensed to work in the State of Maryland as an RN Registered Nurse.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation.
• Excellent leadership and clinical competency.
