Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (ED) Travel Assignment
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Join our dynamic and busy Level 2 Trauma Center, where you will be part of a fast-paced emergency department team that sees an average of 220 patients daily. We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care to high acuity patients requiring swift and effective interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient care in a high-volume emergency room setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform triage and prioritize patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Provide care for ventilated patients and those requiring critical interventions.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes accurately.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Emergency Nursing required.
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications (pending is acceptable for NIH).
- Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
- Travel experience in Emergency Department settings is mandatory.
