Meritus Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Home Health in Hagerstown, MD. This full-time role runs Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm, with biweekly 80 hours.
You will provide nursing care to patients in the home, following the nursing process under supervision, and maintain clinical competency.
Required:
Maryland LPN license, current BLS CPR, and at least 3 years of experience in acute care or rehab (Home Health preferred).
