School Nurses - RN​/LPN

One of our is seeking multiple School Nurses - RN/LPN to provide services within their School Systems for the  school year in Washington county Area.

include gastric feeding, tracheostomy care and airway management, intermittent urinary catheterization, and NG tube management.

• Long Term Independent Contract Schedules available Mon-Fri 8am - 3.30pm
• Immediate Start for the School year

• Provide one-to-one nursing services for a student with complex medical needs.
• Observe students for development and health patterns, making a nursing judgement and diagnosis.
• Implement plans for students with chronic health problems and coordinate administration of medication within State law and Board policies.
• Demonstrate effective skills of listening, speaking and writing.
• Occasionally accompany children on field trips.
• Assess health complaints and care for students with special healthcare needs.

• Current Registered Nurse or LPN license
• Ability to work with school personnel, parents and children
• Ability to complete and pass clearances:
  Criminal
• Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: CPR certification
