American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring MD or compact RN licensure and proficiency across LDRP care.

• Work in an LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) unit rotating through Labor, Triage, and Mother-Baby postpartum care
• Postpartum nurses typically care for 3-4 couplets while Labor assignments are 1-2 patients
• Night shift schedule, 4x12 hours from 18:30 to 07:00
• On-call responsibilities average 16-20 hours within a 6-week schedule, with an option to pick up extra shifts instead
• Uses Epic EMR

• Active RN license (Maryland or Compact) required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Required certifications: NRP, AWHONN, and FHM
• OB surgical recovery (C-section) experience highly preferred
• Epic EMR experience required

• Provide comprehensive care across Labor, Triage, and Mother-Baby postpartum roles as staff rotate through all areas
• Local candidates will not be considered for this position
