Travel RN - Telemetry - Intermediate Care

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry/Intermediate Care float pool position requiring recent Epic experience and prior IMC experience in a hospital setting.

• Active MD or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 2+ years of recent Telemetry experience in a hospital setting required
• 2+ years of experience on an IMC unit in a hospital setting required
• Recent Epic EMR experience required
• Flu shot required with no exceptions
• 2-step PPD test required with no exceptions

• Float pool position covering Med/Surg Telemetry and IMC units
• Floats from Med/Surg units to IMC units as needed
• Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts from 18:30 to 7:00
• Patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:6
• Cares for patients with acute respiratory distress, septic shock, hypertensive crisis, severe congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, unstable angina, and trauma
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
