American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position at a Level 2 Trauma Center requiring at least 2 years of ER experience and 1 year of travel experience.

• Level 2 Trauma Center Emergency Department with 54 beds
• High-acuity patient population averaging 220 patients per day in a fast-paced setting
• Night shift schedule, 3x12 hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Uses Epic EMR
• Weekend scheduling flexible with up to 6 weekend shifts per 6-week scheduling period
• Night shift staff may be assigned up to 3 Sundays per scheduling period

• Active RN license (MD-specific or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS (pending certification acceptable for substitution)
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience required
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• 2-step PPD test and flu vaccine required with no exemptions

• Provide emergency nursing care in a high-volume, high-acuity trauma center environment
