Job Summary
Kelly Benefits in Sparks, MD is seeking an individual with meticulous attention to detail to measure accuracy and procedure compliance.
Responsibilities- Audit data entered in Kelly Benefits and vendor partner systems, identify discrepancies, and validate compliance with processing and procedures.
- Report feedback to processors or teams to maintain high accuracy trends, and track employee accuracy for quality reporting.
- Assist in developing efficiencies to help meet and exceed departmental and production goals for the company.
- High School diploma, some college preferred.
- Knowledge of group benefits and insurance carrier eligibility rules a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products – including but not limited to MS Excel and MS Word.
- Experience and skills in computer systems in a Windows-based environment.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills with analytical capabilities.
1 Kelly Way in Sparks, MD 21152. On-site first six months with a potential hybrid schedule of two work‑from‑home days thereafter.
