2M Quality seeks a part-time 1099 reviewer to inspect newly built homes from a buyer’s perspective. You will travel to sites, assess workmanship, and complete reviews in the 1–1.5 hour window, reporting on-site and submitting results by 5 PM.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work unsupervised between 8am and 5pm. Training is provided; no roof access required. Compensation ranges per review, with potential increases after introductory period.
