Key ResponsibilitiesInstrumentation & Method Development: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced laboratory instrumentation, including ICP-OES, FTIR, TGA
, gas chromatography (
GC
), high-performance liquid chromatography (
HPLC
), and wet chemistry setups. Develop and validate robust analytical methods for product testing and quality assurance.Experimental Research & Product Support: Design and execute rigorous scientific experiments using spectroscopy, chromatography, and electrochemical techniques to support product development initiatives and provide technical insights.
Data Management & Compliance: Maintain immaculate data accuracy using Laboratory Information Management Systems (
LIMS
). Ensure all laboratory activities firmly comply with Good Laboratory Practices (
GLP
),
cGMP
, and ISO 9001 standards.Quality Control & Troubleshooting: Perform routine QC testing to guarantee products meet regulatory standards and specifications. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Product Development, and Materials teams to troubleshoot process issues and enhance product durability.
Documentation & Presentation: Clearly document experimental procedures, results, and conclusions in comprehensive technical reports. Confidently present findings and actionable recommendations to diverse cross-functional audiences.
