Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• In the member assist – cart attendant role, ensure members see a well-kept parking lot, assist members with their purchases, and ensure carts are ready and available.
• Assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. Be on your feet and on the go in various weather conditions.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; assist with transporting items; maintain parking lot cleanliness; locate and organize merchandise; assist with cart retrieval equipment according to company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acknowledge members, answer questions, and promote the company's products and services.
• Ensure safety of the facility by conducting safety checks and following procedures for handling merchandise; report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Process member purchases and assist with payments according to company policies; utilize cash registers; assist with pickup orders including notifying members of delays or unavailability and offering alternatives.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; participate in collaborative work with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners.
• Complete work assignments by identifying priorities, meeting deadlines, and adapting to feedback and change.
