, you will be working directly with our customers, educating them on the Boost Mobile Products and Services we offer and guiding them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail environments, understand how to conduct outbound activities to drive customers to our locations, be goal-driven and focused on achieving results, and be focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.

- Handling all administrative aspects of the sale, including but not limited to:

- Knowing the market by keeping up with competitive offers and being able to provide market feedback to the Sales Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs.

- Superior customer service skills and the ability to understand and implement our sales process of a needs-based approach.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Amazing organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Must be able to work varied hours of retail to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation so you can be at work on time, every time,
- Must be willing to go through a background check process.
